WinCAM
WinCAM is Winchester’s public access television station giving voice to all the people by serving as the center for community media. Our mission is to promote and facilitate free speech while providing access to established and emerging media.
Programming on WinCAM’s public & education channels, are designed to encourage citizens to participate in the social and political life in Winchester & surrounding communities. A large amount of Wincam’s programming is achieved with the help and support of your friends and neighbors. We provide professional training, equipment and facilities for members of the community to produce media as a means of communication, civic involvement, artistic & cultural expression & community development.
We invite you to share your message with the community by becoming a WinCAM Producer. WinCAM offers student, Individual, Senior and Organization memberships.
