Vote No on Ballot Question 2 - Protect the Affordable Housing Act In a perfect world, perfect laws would be possible. However, we do not live in a perfect world and therefor do the best we can to do the most good for the most people. 58,000 affordable units realized in our state since the implementation of Ch. 40-B means thousands of low and moderate income individuals and families have been helped to obtain housing otherwise beyond their reach. This law has been amended, since it's first implementation, to do an increasingly good job. Can it still be improved? Doubtless. Should voters "throw out the baby with the bath water"?? I think not. Vote "No" on Question 2 and then put your shoulder to the wheel with your state rep and senator to improve the existing law.
