It started with a dream and ended with reality for 22 year old Alessandra Siniscalco who started the business at the age of 18. Begining in a basement Cafe, decorated with old italian traditions from the closets and attics of her grandparents, Alessandra started with imported Italian gelato and pastries and a real italian espresso bar. As time went on, Alessandra slowly started introducing food to her young establishment. " Now, three years later her little cafe has flourished and is now a Full Italian trattoria seating nearly 60 people serving a variety of unique and traditional pasta dishes, fish, grilled meats, seafood, and more. Lunch is a particularly successfull time for Dolce, with their quick 1/2 and 1/2 $7 specaials the rooms fill up and clear our quickly with the hustle and bustle of winchester residence.
Saturday and Sunday morning breakast are also a treat, try their nutella stuffed almond french toast.

Cafe Dolce is located at 831 Main Street in Winchester, the restaurant has three sections the "Cafe" on the lower level, the "Restaurant" on the second level and the "Patio" outside.
