What Your Kids Need to Hear from YOU About Sex: Parenting in an Oversexualized, Online, In-Your-Face World
Parent to Parent will host an informative evening with Sharon Maxwell, PhD, a clinical psychologist, author, and consultant. Back by popular demand, Dr. Maxwell will speak to parents on “What Your Kids Need to Hear from YOU About Sex: Parenting in an Oversexualized, Online, In-Your-Face World.”
Wednesday, March 10th, 7:30 to 9:30 pm at NEW LOCATION: McCall Middle School. Her book will be on sale from BookEnds at the program.
Our children are being barraged by sexual information and stimulation at an earlier and earlier age. As parents, we need to be proactive in giving our children the information they need to successfully handle both media and peer pressure. This program will present parents with practical and positive ways of beginning and sustaining a dialogue about sexuality that includes values and guidelines for behavior.
