Winchester's Winter Fiesta

The Winchester Cultural Council and FAN (Family Action Network) are please to be co-hosting a fiesta to raise funds for the arts in Winchester and the revitalization of Borggard Beach. Warm up the winter with live salsa music performed by our featured 8-piece band, the Tequila Amigos Latin Orchestra, as well as hors d'oeuvres, a live auction and cash bar. Tickets are tax-deductible and proceeds will jointly benefit the Winchester Cultural Council to support the arts in Winchester, and FAN to build the splash park at Borggaard Beach. Questions?
